Supports all Feltsberg portfolio marketing needs. The Marketing Coordinator creates monthly email marketing campaigns, manages website updates and changes, plans and organizes promotional presentations, and provides reporting on customer engagement and website analytics.

Job Specifics

● Coordinates with sales leadership to define marketing initiatives

● Leads and executes design and management of marketing projects

● Executes monthly email campaigns for all portfolio companies

● Manages customer contact lists and defines programs to build customer marketing databases

● Manages and updates website content

● Prepare and present monthly customer engagement and website analytics

● Creates monthly customer rebates

● Creates presentations for customer visits

● Manages creation and purchase of company branded gear for team members and customers

● Fields ad hoc content and support requests from sales team

● Manages sporting event tickets (49ers, Warriors, Sharks, etc.)

● Manages the sales enablement content repository and ensures that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.

● Gathers feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs

● Manages planned events, coordinating with sales, customers and venues ensuring effective execution

● Working with Sales Management, executes purchase of holiday gifts and customer incentives

Desired Experience and Skills

● Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google apps and web based applications

● ERP software experience (Prophet 21, Eclipse, NetSuite) highly desirable

● Experience with sales management software a plus (HubSpot, Seismic, Highspot, etc.)

● Experience with Sales Enablement Platforms highly desirable (MailChimp, MailJet, Wordpress, Divi Themes, Canva, Adobe Suite, Prezi, etc.)

● Relatable college degree in business management, marketing, performance analytics, or web technologies

● 2-5 Years of business experience with 3+ years in a sales or marketing role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
